The storage containers are various sizes and materials depending on what you want to put in them. We can offer both the lightweight and strong storage boxes made of lightweight cardboard and the harder plastic type. Remember that you are paying for space and not weight.

Packaging materials are provided based on your requirements. We can provide bubble wrap for fragile goods, paper for general wrapping and blankets and sheets for furniture separation. We can also provide sealing tape and labels for easy identification of your packaged items.

Your goods are loaded in accordance with how you want them unloaded whether to your new home or to a storage facility. Use 0800 numbers service for getting storage details by phone. We work with customers who expect goods to be delivered to specific rooms in a specific order and not everything just piled in the middle of the living room floor. We've learned from experience that our customers want the TV stand offloaded before the TV. They want the mattress unloaded after the bed etc etc. It's what we call ergonomic loading and unloading i.e. making the most use of your time with the least effort.

We recognise that there are times that you can't just move your goods from A to B for example when moving house. We understand that the pressure of exchanging contracts and moving deadlines mean you need flexibility in your transport arrangements. For customers who need an intermediate storage location we recommend secure warehouse storage at different facilities around the United Kingdom.

Your goods are stored in such a way as they cannot be mixed up with the goods of any other customer. There are additional charges for storage services.
